While hiring a wedding photographer for your big day is a widely common habit, engagement photos are becoming a thing only recently. Why should you have an engagement photo shoot and how can you make it absolutely special? Here you are some good reasons for it and a few suggestions for unique outdoor engagement photos.
Engagement photos: why they are the best way to seal your love
Finding a person you want to share your life with is a great event. A little miracle, somehow. We never think about it enough, but what were the chances for the two of you to meet and mutually fall in love? It’s a kind of magic… and the magic of your love deserves to be celebrated.
You might think that’s the purpose of your wedding day, but this is not exactly true. On your wedding day you will get married and start a new chapter of your life together. It will be a celebration of your relationship projected into the future. Moreover, on that day you will be full of things to do, people to hug and toasts to make.
Taking engagement photos is instead a way to celebrate your love in the present. A way to seal it and be thankful. You won’t have to think of anything but the two of you and your deep feelings for each other. And what’s better than outdoor engagement photos in a magical place like Tuscany countryside?
Let Genia and Dharmender’s couple shoot inspire you…
Genia and Dharmender’s outdoor engagement photos in Pienza
This lovely couple – and their precious bump – came all the way from New York to Zampugna Estate in Pienza to attend some friends’ wedding. After it, they decided to benefit from the wonderful landscape surrounding the estate and shoot some engagement photos. It was a gift they made to themselves, to capture the magic of their love and cherish it forever.
We shot outdoor engagement photos among the rows of grapevines and cypresses, surrounded by the green and gold of Tuscany countryside. Then we moved to Pienza and took a few couple shoots in the village, playing among the bricks and marbles.
The incredible landscape enhanced Genia and Dharmender’s love, while they felt free to disclose it. They danced, smiled, had fun, kissed and cuddled. They were freely celebrating their love for each other and their baby. Nothing else mattered.
If you’re looking for a unique way to honor your relationship and show gratitude for the love you’ve been gifted with, then you should definitely consider taking engagement photos in a special place like the green and gold Tuscany hills.
