Sarah and Brad’s romantic elopement in Val d’Orcia
Sarah and Brad, a sweet American couple from Nashville, opted for the most essential version of their intimate wedding in Tuscany: a romantic elopement for two. They chose to have it in Autumn, to enjoy the beautiful foliage of the countryside, in one of the most romantic places to elope: Val d’Orcia.
We met on a sunny November day at the wine estate of Conti Costanti in Montalcino, where the two fiancées were ready to swear eternal love to one another. The blessing ceremony took place in front of the archway at the entrance: the simplest, yet most picturesque setup.
Sarah, Brad and their love were the absolute and only protagonists of this romantic elopement. The only symbol borrowed from the wedding tradition was the bride’s bouquet, which matched the flower at the groom’s buttonhole: a sign of the bond that tied them.

Sarah and Brad chose a renowned wine estate as a frame for their romantic elopement, where the rich Brunello di Montalcino Conti Costanti is produced. And we couldn’t help but take a few photos of the couple in the historic cellars where the wine is aged.
The 25 hectares of rolling hills covered in vineyards are no less of background for precious elopement photos. We took advantage of the breathtaking countryside views, as well as of the distinctive brick walls of the property, for a collection of pictures that will allow the newlyweds to treasure a long-lasting memory of their romantic elopement.
