Classic elegance with a touch of “la dolce vita” Italian style.
Eveline & Igor | Destination Wedding at Garda Lake – Wedding photography by Gabriele Fani
Reception Venue: Villa Cian at Nago-Torbole, Trento
Make up artist: Annalisa Manara make up artist
The restaurant Villa Cian in Nago-Torbole is a delightful location to get married in Italy with many and many of beautiful spots and splendid views to be exploited with enthusiastic spouses as Eveline and Igor. Thanks to these my new dear friends I had the honor and pleasure to photograph their unforgettable event. It was the first time working in this location for me and I love the charm of this beautiful landscape of Lake Garda. I hope to return back soon in the future also to collaborate again with Angy who is the owner and which has proved extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A warm thanks also go to the video operator Silvio Maestrelli – Wedding movies which it was truly a pleasure to work with.
Eveline’s day began in the early morning at home parents in Villazzano for getting ready of the ceremony celebrated in the church in the town of Trento fraction. After the usual shots to accessories and details I focused on the research of “moments” trying to involve as many family members as possible without invading the scene too much, which I think I managed it well especially on the occasion of the photographs that I love of Eveline with her mother and sister.
After the getting ready we headed to the church for the Catholic ceremony where the bride and groom exchanged not only their wedding rings but also dance shoes to remind all how they met for the first time!
The first session of creative and modern portraits took place, before lunch, near Nago Torbole not too far from the Villa Cian. The next session instead, after lunch, was near the restaurant by the river of Garda Lake.
The day ended with the spectacular “lake view” cake cutting during sunset and the concert of the famous band 80s RadiOttanta that the guys have hired to entertain guests. These are some of my favourites of the day, please enjoy!
